The Art of Navigating Workplace Conflict
BY URMILA SHRESTHA – Fostering a positive work environment, improving communication, and boosting productivity were three of the meaningful training sessions held during our “Art of Navigating Workplace Conflicts” seminars. The lessons were completed by our head of departments and managers at OUTRIGGER Maldives Maafushivaru. This is one of the new Learning and Development initiatives for 2024 at MAM, and a few more will be coming soon. I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all 20 participants.
