OUTRIGGER Maldives Maafushivaru Resort (MAM)
BY URMILA SHRESTHA — We recently held a productive training session on “Emergency Response Plan (ERP)” conducted by Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA), the oldest air transfer operator in the Maldives and providing seaplane transfer services to a large number of tourist resorts in the country. Head of operations team, guest service assistants and our resort’s Emergency Response Team were fully engaged during the training.
