October Host of the Month: JESSICA HUA
The songbird of the housekeeping department, Jessica Hua, is our nominee for Host of the Month. Known for her bubbly personality and efficient work ethic, Jessie continues to shine in every aspect of The OUTRIGGER Way and Ke ‘Ano Wa’a.
Jessica possesses many talents and roles in housekeeping and always goes above and beyond. Her main role is clerk, but she often takes the initiative to help the team as a room attendant, runner, and in schedule administration. On our busiest day in October, having 225 arrivals and 247 departures, Jessica took the initiative to create the room attendants’ cleaning assignment in the early morning, help deliver calls with the runner, strip rooms AND clean checkout rooms during the day.
Jessica is a gracious liaison for housekeeping between front desk, guests and contractors. She treats them all as one ‘ohana. If you see contractors walk out with a cold beverage, it is because Jessica kindly thanks them with one after they provide their services.
With a smile on her face always, Jessica will be the first one to share food with the team, remember intricate details about others and volunteer to be a helping hand. Cảm ơn bạn for all your hard work and dedication, Jessica!
