BY KHARESHMA SONOO RAJJOO — In our continuing efforts to minimize our carbon footprint, several practices are done at Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort. Every action counts to minimize the impact on the environment, while operating in a way which is ethical and fair. From January to September, 91.32% of juice bottles (2L or 4.5lbs) have been recycled. Instead of going to the landfill, these bottles have been turned into electrical pipes.
We care for our place, by being accountable for it.
